It began when I launched KathaKids, a children’s book brand, on Amazon.
After 20 years in digital businesses like Vodafone, Sony LIV, and Nazara, I wanted to build something of my own. What I found instead was the chaos every seller faces—broken listings, wasted ad spend, volatile rankings, and weeks where nothing made sense.
So I stopped guessing and started building systems.
I broke Amazon down into what actually moves the needle: keywords, conversion, advertising, and scale. I tested relentlessly, documented everything, and refined a repeatable 5-step framework that turned uncertainty into predictable growth.
Other sellers noticed. They asked for help.
That’s how DBC was born.
